Potatoboy.com, and to send you relevant survey invitations
related to our services, by email or on a call. We never send marketing or
survey messages by text message (see Text Messages below).
Disclosure of
Your Information
We will not use your information for uses that do not directly relate to your
ordering or ongoing use of our Product or Services, or share your information
with any third parties, except the telephone carriers that connect your calls,
faxes and text messages, and only for that purpose. In the event that this
policy changes, we will provide
you with an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit the use of your
information or the disclosure of your information to third parties. We will
never willfully sell, lease, or rent any personally identifiable information
about you or your business to any third party without first receiving your
permission.
However, we may be required to disclose your personally identifiable information
to the government or by court order under certain circumstances. In addition,
you authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or
other government officials as we, in our sole and exclusive discretion, believe
necessary or appropriate.
Text Messages (SMS)
Potatoboy.com sends text messages, under the names
平安电信 (Ping An Telecom) and X Telecom, only to customers
who ask for them:
- You text a document to one of our numbers to have it faxed or translated. We
answer with the price, ask you to reply YES before anything is sent or charged,
and text you the result.
- During a call, you ask for a phone number found by our directory search,
a research answer, or a fax receipt by text.
These messages are about the service you asked for. We do not send marketing or
promotional text messages. Message frequency varies: a request usually brings 1
to 5 messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP (or 退订) at any time to stop receiving our text
messages. You will get one message confirming it, and none after that. Reply
START to receive them again. Reply HELP for help, or call
1-888-666-9011 (English) or 1-866-427-0127 (中文), or email
support@potatoboy.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
Privacy of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging
originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The phone number, messages and documents you send us are used only to provide
the service you asked for and to bill it to your account, and are shared only
with the carriers that deliver the messages and the fax. A link to a
translation stops working after 7 days.
